Attorney Randy Enochs

Attorney Randy Enochs was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan where early on he was exposed to labor law as his father was a member of the Teamsters Union.  Growing up in Detroit gave Randy an early affinity for working people and that interest carried on as he attended the University of Michigan where he studied Biopsychology and Cognitive Science receiving a Bachelor’s of Science degree in 2004.  With a career in labor & employment law in his sights, Randy then attended the University of Wisconsin Law School in Madison where he made a conscious effort to take every labor & employment course available as well as courses that prepared him for a career in litigation.  Randy was a member of UW’s Moot Court team, the Latino Law Student Association (LLSA) and also became of the American Constitution Society’s (ACS) first bloggers for their blog, ACSBlog.

During law school Randy served as an intern with UW’s Prosecution Project where he spent one summer as a clerk with the Rock County District Attorney’s Office and then in the fall with the Dane County District Attorney’s Office. Upon graduating UW Law School Randy then clerked with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) where he assisted investigators and litigators with charges and also participated in the Commission’s annual review of cases.

Randy’s practice with Enochs Law Firm primarily focuses on labor & employment law and he works tirelessly and constant to stay on top of developments in labor & employment law as a member of the Wisconsin Employment Lawyers Association (WELA), the Wisconsin Chapter of the Labor and Employment Relations Association (LERA) and is a member of the Wisconsin Bar’s Labor and Employment Law Section.  Randy also highly enjoys blogging about developments in labor and employment law and authors the “Wisconsin Employment & Labor Law Blog,” which was voted a Top 25 nominee in labor & employment law blogs by LexisNexis.  Randy also contributes regularly to other local websites such as the Milwaukee Bar Association’s new blog, Milwaukee Magazine’s online publication and MilwaukeeJobs.com and am frequently interviewed by various publications on employment law matters.
